Sortit helps creators plan, schedule, and publish Instagram content, and see basic engagement on their posts. It is an early-stage (beta) product.

You're responsible for your account, for keeping access to your email secure, and for the Instagram/Meta account you connect.

Sortit depends on Instagram/Meta's platform and policies. Changes to your Meta account, granted permissions, app review status, rate limits, or platform availability can affect what Sortit can do.

You own and are responsible for everything you upload, schedule, and publish through Sortit. Make sure you have the rights to it.

We do our best to publish your posts at the time you choose, but publishing is not guaranteed at an exact time. It depends on Instagram availability, rate limits, media processing, and the health of your connection. Sortit retries failed publishes and tells you when something needs your attention.

Don't use Sortit for anything unlawful, infringing, abusive, spammy, or in violation of Instagram/Meta's platform policies.

You grant Sortit permission to act on your behalf when you connect. You can disconnect at any time, which stops future access.

Sortit is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during this beta.

Sortit is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This section will be reviewed by a qualified party before public launch.

You can stop using Sortit and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, surface a notice.
